We anticipate the first available shipping date for Copper River salmon to be Wednesday May 27th, 2026. Please choose your preferred delivery date when you place your order. If the season opens later (or earlier) than expected and you have selected the first available shipping date, we will ship your order as soon as the salmon becomes available.
Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis due to availability.

Wild Alaskan Copper River Sockeye Salmon are world-renowned for their full flavor and distinctively deep red color. They have a high oil content with bold flavor and great flaky texture that lends itself to many applications. Grill, bake, broil or pan fry for a quick and delicious meal.

If you choose to have us fillet your fish, you can expect to receive roughly 70% of the total weight of the fish.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pike Place Fish Market ships Nationwide Monday through Friday of each week via UPS (additional $10 charge for Saturday delivery)
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, sorry no exceptions.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii with perishable items may take up to 2 days and will incur additional charges for shipping.

When you receive your package open it up and take a look at the fish. Decide what you are going to eat in the next couple days and put it in the refrigerator. Certain items if properly stored can be placed in your freezer for at least a couple months.
