Description
This delicious wild-caught sustainable caviar is harvested from American sand sturgeons (also known as hackleback, shovelnose, or switchtail). The glistening black eggs are small and firm, with a very mild, subtle flavor. Being the only sustainable commercially fished sturgeon in the United States, Hackleback is the last American Wild caviar. Hand packed and quality-checked for color, size, freshness, flavor, and texture.

- Pike Place Fish Market ships Nationwide Monday through Friday of each week via UPS (additional $10 charge for Saturday delivery)
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, sorry no exceptions.
