Each croqueta wraps creamy ham or seasoned chicken in a golden, hand-breaded shell that fries up crackling-crisp outside and smooth and savory inside. With more than 20 million sold, these are the croquetas that earned their own “Croqueta Day” in South Florida and a world record for the longest one ever made.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sergios Cuban American Kitchen ships Tuesday through Thursday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If items arrive partially thawed but are still cool to the touch, that’s normal for frozen shipping; simply freeze or refrigerate right away.
• Upon arrival, place all items in the freezer until ready to prepare.
• For best quality and safety, keep frozen for up to 1 month.

To Serve

• Heat vegetable oil to 325°F.
• Remove croquetas from the freezer and let sit for 5 minutes.
• Lightly remove any ice crystals.
• Fry 3-5 croquetas at a time for 1&#189-3 minutes, until light golden brown.
• Do not overcook.
• Remove with a strainer and let excess oil drain before serving. Enjoy!
