A classic celebration dessert from Splash Cafe, the Central Coast institution just steps from the Pismo Beach Pier that Joanne and Ross Currie have run since 1991. This chocolate birthday cake stacks moist chocolate layers into a 6-inch round that serves 6 to 8, ready to enjoy for any birthday, graduation, or business event. Best known for its clam chowder, Splash Cafe carries the same crowd-pleasing reputation into its bakery – the kind of cake built to anchor a celebration.

- Each cake measures approx. 6″ and weighs approx. 3 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Splash Cafe ships Monday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Cakes ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cake may be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer

- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
