INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Green Island Bakery ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items arrive ready to enjoy.
• Refrigerate the Devon Cream Company English Clotted Cream immediately upon arrival for up to 5 days.
• Store the scones in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
• Store the Folláin Mini Strawberry Jam and Gift of the Gab Irish Tea in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate the jam after opening.
• The Green Island Bakery tea towel is machine washable.

To Serve

• Warm the scones in a 300°F oven for 5-8 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds until just warm.
• Brew one Gift of the Gab Irish Tea bag in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes, adjusting steeping time to taste.
• Split each warm scone in half and generously spread with Devon Cream Company English Clotted Cream and Folláin Mini Strawberry Jam.
• Serve immediately with a freshly brewed cup of Irish tea and enjoy an authentic Irish tea-time experience.
