Description
Lombardi’s opened in Little Italy in 1905 and is widely regarded as America’s first pizzeria, the coal-oven kitchen credited with shaping New York-style pizza. This best-sellers pack pairs its two most-ordered pies, the Margherita and the pepperoni, each on the smoky, charred coal-fired crust the shop has made for over a century, topped with fresh crushed tomato sauce, whole-milk mozzarella, Romano, and basil. Reheat and the char comes right back. Perfect for a pizza night that covers both camps, a first taste of the original, or a New Yorker missing Spring Street.

This package serves 4 people and includes 2 New York-Style Pizzas
- Each pizza serves 1-2 people, measures approx. 12″ and weighs approx. 1.5 lbs.
- Choose to add on Lombardi’s Pizza House Meatballs!
Pizzas Include
- 1 Margherita – Pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil.
- 1 Pepperoni – Pizza topped with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil. Please note, the pepperonis are shipped on the side.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Lombardi’s Pizza ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pizza ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store pizza in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Pizza & meatballs can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow pizzas to defrost in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove pizza from protective pouch and place it on a flat surface.
- Using a table spoon, place the sauce enclosed into the areas that currently have lite sauce. Then using the back of the spoon, paint the sauce completely over those area between the cheese (for better results swirl a little olive oil on ONLY the plain pies before baking).
- Place the pie directly on the middle rack of oven, do not use foil or a pan.
- Bake the pie until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes. The cheese will spread and start bubbling, some browning is normal.
- Top your finished pie with grated cheese and fresh basil to kick it up a notch (not included).
- Serve and enjoy!

- From Thawed
- Fully thaw in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes.

- Microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes or until fully heated through.

- Bring a pot of water to boil.
