Back in 2018, the husband-and-wife duo of Brandon and Hannah Hurtado began selling their homemade BBQ at pop-ups outside breweries in and around Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas.The following year they launched a food truck outside Division Brewing in Downtown Arlington, and it was so successful that in 2020 they opened their first brick & mortar storefront nearby. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hurtado BBQ ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• BBQ ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Brisket may be stored in the freezer for 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Once opened, sauce may be stored at room temperature for 1-4 weeks, in the refrigerator for 4-6 months. Unopened sauce may be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 12-18 months.
• Once opened, seasoning may be stored at room temperature for 6-12 months. Unopened seasoning may be stored at room temperature for 2-3 years.

To Serve

• Preheat the oven to 300° F.
• Place the wrapped brisket in aluminum foil in the oven for 2 hours.
• Slice and serve immediately.
