Fresh Golden Delicious apples spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, tucked into a light, flaky all-butter crust and kept deliberately low on sugar so the fruit leads. This is the pie that earned Little Pie Company the Daily News’ title of Best Apple Pie in New York. Arnold Wilkerson has baked it in Hell’s Kitchen since 1985, working from the same family recipes that started the whole shop – the classic that put the Theater District bakery on the map.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Little Pie Company ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Pies last up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to one month in the freezer (tightly wrapped in aluminum foil).
• Defrost overnight in the refrigerator.

To Serve

Optional Heating Instructions

• Remove from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating.
• Preheat your oven to 325°F and heat for 20 minutes.
• Let topping cool before serving.
