This is exactly the simple, happy memory Cindy Lou Cookies recreates with their Captain Crunch cookies. A delicious buttery cookie base mixed with a whole box of Captain Crunch to create the ultimate throwback to childhood-sweet, simple, and nostalgic.
After 25 years of making grown-up desserts for grown-up palates, Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse realized she wanted to make sweets for the kid in all of us. So she opened Cindy Lou’s Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop specializing in big, old fashioned, seriously delicious cookies in 2017 in Miami, Florida. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States, including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten. Every one of the cookies at Cindy Lou’s reflects Cindy’s culinary pedigree while reminding you of childhood. Each cookie has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in house.
