Double R Ranch is Northwest sourced beef that “tastes like beef used to taste”. Every steak in this collection is graded USDA Prime, the highest amount of marbling recognized by the USDA. The more the marbling, the more the juicy flavor! Serve up the Cowboy steak and watch grown folks cry. This bone-in ribye is cut over 2″ thick and weighs over 2 lbs. You, and your guests, will love the tender filet mignon, firm and flavorful NY strip and hearty top sirloin. There’s a total of 7 steaks, in all.

- 1 USDA Prime Cowboy Steak (approx. 2 lbs.)
- 2 USDA Prime Top Sirloin Steaks (each 10 oz.)
- 2 USDA Prime New York Strip Steaks (each approx. 12 oz.)
- 2 USDA Prime Filet Mignon Steaks (each 10 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Double R Ranch ships Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Products are shipped frozen with dry ice.
- All products are raw and required cooking after they have thawed.
- Upon arrival, products can be kept frozen for up to 6 months
- Products can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 12 days
- To serve, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Smaller cuts like steaks and chops thaw overnight. Larger items like roasts and hams will take 2 or more days.
