Description
Traditional Scottish beef bangers from Ackroyd’s: hand-seasoned, stuffed in a natural sheep casing, and made to the same standard Al and Silas Ackroyd were producing when they opened their Detroit Scottish butcher shop in 1949. About a pound, 10-12 links – the breakfast sausage or bangers-and-mash centerpiece from the third-generation Redford, Michigan institution that has been grinding its own Scottish meats for 75 years.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Bangers
- Meat ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Meat can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- When ready to enjoy, cook in an oiled pan until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).
