INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company ships Monday & Tuesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Bagels arrive ready to enjoy!
• Cream Cheese ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store bagels in the freezer for up to 1 month.

To Serve

Bagels – From Thawed

• Preheat conventional oven to 450°F.
• Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
• Place whole/unsliced bagels on parchment paper and bake for 4-7 minutes (monitor by eye throughout baking process – you’re looking for a shiny, deep-golden-brown crust).
• Remove from oven once color is reached.
• Let cool for 10 minutes.
• Slice, serve with cream cheese, and enjoy!

Bagels – From Frozen

• Preheat conventional oven to 450°F.
• Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
• Place whole/unsliced bagels on parchment paper and bake for 8-12 minutes (monitor by eye throughout baking process – you’re looking for a shiny, deep-golden-brown crust).
• Remove from oven once color is reached.
• Let cool for 10 minutes.
