A vanilla cake base is layered with strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry jam, then finished with sweet vanilla buttercream. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Erin McKenna’s Bakery ships Sunday, Friday and Saturday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Cake arrives ready to enjoy!
• Cakes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, remove cake from its packaging and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
• Cakes can be kept 48 hours at room temperature, but this is not recommended as the icing may melt.

• Buttercream Frosting – Palm Shortening, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Kosher Salt.
• Berry Jam – Fruits (Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries), Sugar, Brown Cane Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin, Strawberry Jam (Organic Strawberry, Organic Cane Sugar, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid).
