Description
Philadelphia’s Flakely Gluten Free – founded in 2017 by a classically trained pastry chef diagnosed with Celiac Disease – produces some of the only authentic gluten-free croissants in the country. Each batch is built over multiple days using meticulous French lamination, yielding impossibly delicate, buttery layers that shatter at first bite to reveal a tender, flaky interior. Authentic gluten-free croissants of this caliber are nearly impossible to find, making these a rare taste of nostalgia without compromise.

- Each croissant measures 4″ × 3.5″ and weighs approx. 3.6 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Flakely ships Sunday and Friday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Pastries ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
To Serve
- From Frozen, pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool before serving.
