The five-cheese range covers the whole spectrum: silky, bloomy Green Hill; Cypress, semi-firm and shot through with olives, Calabrian chili, basil, and tomato; the nutty Pyrenees-style Thomasville Tomme; creamy-crumbly Asher Blue; and the cult pimento cheese. What lifts it is Lady Edison Extra Fancy Country Ham, dry-cured and aged 18 to 24 months by the third-generation curers at Goodnight Brothers in Boone, North Carolina, sliced paper-thin in the old country-ham tradition. Blackberry Patch preserves and Jennifer’s Homemade flatbread close it out. Perfect for a holiday spread, a serious grazing table, or a gift that makes you look like you know cheese.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, transfer all cheeses to the refrigerator immediately.
• Aged and semi-soft cheeses (Thomasville Tomme, Georgia Gouda, Asher Blue, Griffin, Heat, and Cypress) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
• Green Hill (soft-ripened) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Pimento Cheese spread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
• Store preserves and flatbread at room temperature in sealed packaging.

To Serve

• Remove cheeses from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for best flavor.
• Plate Green Hill whole and cut Thomasville Tomme, Cypress, and Asher Blue into wedges.
• Drape ribbons of country ham across the board.
• Spoon Pimento Cheese into a small bowl and serve with a spreader.
• Place preserves and flatbread alongside.
• Pair with bourbon, sparkling wine, or sweet tea.
