Chef Shred from Jasper Hill Farm: a blend of Whitney, Alpha Tolman, and cheddar – a shredded cheese with a complex flavor profile and excellent meltability designed for mac and cheese, pizza, and any application that deserves more than one-note cheddar. From the Greensboro, Vermont creamery brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler have been building since 2003.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Tuesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheese ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store cheese in an airtight container and use before the expiration date printed on the packaging (approx.14 days).
