Lobster Pot Pie

This unique lobster pot pie features chunks of real lobster meat and red skin potatoes with sweet corn and pearl onions in a creamy white sauce.

Wendy and Dave Achatz have been concocting some of the nation’s best pies since 1993, when they started baking in their Victorian home in Armada, Michigan. After moving the operation nearby to a ten-acre apple orchard, Achatz Handmade Pie Co. was officially born. Many of their recipes have been passed through generations, and they continue the tradition by sharing the same handmade techniques instilled from childhood.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pies ship Monday and Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pie ships frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store pie in the freezer until ready to bake.
• Pie may be stored for up to 1 month in the freezer.

To Serve

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Remove pie from box and remove all wrapping.
• Place on a baking sheet and brush top crust with a small amount of milk or egg wash (not included).
• Place on center rack of oven and bake for 60 – 80 minutes or until golden brown and pie reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
• Let cool for 15 minutes.
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!
