Every bar is pure Gracie Baked, the Long Island City bakeshop where founder Gracie makes the over-the-top desserts she loved as a kid. • Each cake measures approx. 3.5″ × 2″ × 1″ and weighs approx. 3 oz.

• Strawberry Pop Cookie Bar – Sugar cookie bar stuffed with strawberry jam, dipped in white chocolate, topped with rainbow dot sprinkles.
• Cosmic Brownie Bar – Fudgy brownie bar stuffed with brownie batter filling, dipped in chocolate, topped with mini M&Ms.
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Stuffed Cookie Bar – Chocolate chip cookie bar stuffed with edible chocolate chip cookie dough, dipped in chocolate, topped with chocolate shavings.
• Oreo Peanut Butter Cookie Bar – Oreo cookie bar stuffed with peanut butter filling, dipped in a cookies ‘n’ cream shell.
• Frosted Birthday Cake Cookie Bar – Sugar cookie bar with mini M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles and vanilla cake chunks, stuffed with fun-fetti frosting, dipped in chocolate, topped with rainbow dot sprinkles.
• S’more Bar – Graham cracker cookie bar stuffed with homemade honey fluff, dipped in chocolate, topped with Hershey’s chocolate and graham cracker crunchies.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Gracie Baked ships Friday through Saturday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Bars ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store bars in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Bars can be enjoyed at room temperature, straight from the fridge for that extra chocolate shell snap, or warmed in the oven for an ooey gooey freshly baked cookie experience.

  • From the refrigerator: bake at 350°F for a few minutes, or until heated through
  • From the freezer: bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through
    • Note: chocolate shell tops will get melty when warmed in oven
