This Bakery Sampler Box brings together their legendary croquetas – creamy ham in a golden, crispy shell, with over 20 million sold – alongside hand-folded empanadas and flaky, buttery guava pastries baked until the edges caramelize. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sergios Cuban American Kitchen ships Tuesday through Thursday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If items arrive partially thawed but are still cool to the touch, that’s normal for frozen shipping; simply freeze or refrigerate right away.
• Upon arrival, place all items in the freezer until ready to prepare.
• For best quality and safety, keep frozen for up to 1 month.

To Serve

Croquetas

• Heat vegetable oil to 325°F.
• Remove croquetas from the freezer and let sit for 5 minutes.
• Lightly remove any ice crystals.
• Fry 3-5 croquetas at a time for 1&#189-3 minutes, until light golden brown.
• Do not overcook.
• Remove with a strainer and let excess oil drain before serving.

Empanadas

• Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
• Remove frozen empanadas from freezer.
• Place on a greased, parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Brush tops evenly with egg wash.
• Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
• Let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Pastries

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Line a greased baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
• Place frozen guava pastries on the tray and brush tops evenly with egg wash.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
• Let cool for 2 minutes, then glaze and enjoy.

Tequeno

• Place product from freezer to refrigerator 24 hours before use to begin thawing.
• Heat oil in fry pot to 350°F and fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden.
• Remove carefully, drain excess oil on a napkin or strainer before serving.
