Beal’s Lobster Pier has been providing Bar Harbor and the rest of Maine with the freshest boat-to-table lobsters and seafood since 1932. Nestled in Acadia National Park and set against unbeatable views of the waterfront in Southwest Harbor, Beal’s Lobster Pier added a restaurant in 1969 and makes what GQ Magazine calls one of Maine’s Best Lobster Rolls, so eat, drink, and be messy.

For the past 30 years, they have most enjoyed running their Bakery & Café and supplying their local community and beyond with delicious baked goods! Beal’s and Little Notch are excited to partner together on the venture of offering the best available homemade Maine Blueberry Pie and shipping them nationwide!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Beal’s Lobster Pier ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Lobsters are caught fresh, cooked, and iced immediately to prevent overcooking. The cooked lobster meat is then hand picked, cleaned, and packed to order
• Beal’s lobsters are shipped with ice packs, which may thaw partially or fully during transit
• Upon arrival, place the package in the refrigerator. Lobster meat can be stored in the refrigerator in its original container on ice for up to 1 week
• Lobster meat can also be frozen for up to 6 months
• Follow the instructions in the card given to make the perfect Beal’s Lobster Roll! Meat can be heated by tossing in sauce pan with the butter that’s included in each box
• Blueberry Pie recommended to be served at room temperature, may be stored in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.

To Serve

Lobster Rolls

• Allow the Beal’s Buttah’ to warm to room temperature. Spread the butter on each side of the brioche roll and toast each side in a pan or on a griddle to your liking.
• Open the fresh Beal’s Lobster meat and either prepare in a pan with some of the Buttah’ for a traditional taste or mix with Beal’s Lemon Mayonnaise for a classic taste.
• Place the prepared lobster in the toasted brioche roll.
• Unwrap the fresh hand-cooked potato chips and enjoy!

Blueberry Pie
Please follow the instructions below to warm up your freshly baked blueberry pie:

• Pre-heat your oven to 350℉.
• Remove the plastic wrap from the pie and discard.
• Place a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the top of the pie.
• Place the pie into the pre-heated oven.
• Heat for 25-30 minutes or until a metal fork tine inserted in the center comes out to your desired temperature.
• Remove from oven and remove tinfoil.
• Slice, and enjoy!
