INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• We AR Gourmet ships Sunday through Tuesday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Meat ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store sausage in the refrigerator at 40°F or below and consume within 3 days.
• Product can be stored frozen (at or below 0°F) for up to 6 months for best quality
• Do not refreeze if fully thawed.

To Serve

• Thaw sausages overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
• Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F-400°F).
• Place sausages on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
• Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
• Allow sausages to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
• Serve on crusty bread with chimichurri, grilled vegetables, or as part of a traditional Argentine asado.
