Balsamic Chicken consists of juicy, tender pieces of boneless white meat chicken that is marinated in a balsamic teriyaki glaze. This Italian classic is accompanied by fresh mushrooms, onions, and peppers and served over fluffy yellow rice. The creamed spinach crave-worthy white pizza features a classic New York-style dough topped with heaps of whole milk mozzarella, fresh garlic, and loads of rich and creamy creamed spinach (the fancy steakhouse kind). The Pepperoni Pizza has a light and crispy crust and is topped with loads of whole milk mozzarella signature homemade marinara sauce, and sliced pepperoni!
Since opening in Cedarhurst, New York, in 1969, Mother Kelly’s has become a go-to Italian restaurant for in-the-know Long Islanders. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Mother Kelly’s ships Tuesday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, place items in the freezer or defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
- Balsamic Chicken lasts up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
- Pizzas last up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
- Reheat items from a refrigerated state.
To Serve
Balsamic Chicken & Rice
- Thaw items in refrigerator until soft.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place defrosted chicken and rice in a baking dish and heat in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is crispy on the outside and hot on the inside.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
Pizzas
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place pizza directly on the center oven rack and bake pizza for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
