Description
The bialy comes from Bialystok, Poland, and Bagel Boss makes the real thing: a chewy, onion-filled roll with a depressed center instead of a hole, baked rather than boiled for an almost English-muffin bite. Founder Mel Rosner learned the craft through generations of bialy bakers before opening the Hicksville, Long Island shop in 1975, and each dozen is baked, cooled, and packed the same morning it ships. Perfect for a breakfast with butter and jam, a lox-and-cream-cheese base with more character than a bagel, or introducing someone to a New York classic they’ve overlooked.

- Rugelach, Cookies, and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
