This nine-inch pie is one of the handmade fruit pies that keep visitors coming back to Lyman Orchards, the Middlefield, Connecticut farm in its third century of growing and baking since 1741. Perfect for a summer cookout, a Fourth of July table, or a scoop of vanilla on a warm slice. Wild blueberries the way a New England orchard intends them.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Lyman Orchards ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pie ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store pie in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months if the pie arrives partially frozen or frozen.

To Serve

• Allow pie to completely thaw before serving.
• Remove plastic wrap and serve room temperature.
• If preferred to be served warm:
  • Preheat oven to 325ºF
  • Remove plastic wrap and place pie on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.
