Goldbergs provides a traditional dinner that serves two to four, starting with a hefty slab of certified Angus beef topped with subtle seasonings to bring out the best flavor. Chefs roast the brisket the old-fashioned way-low and slow-for a full six hours until it’s fork-tender. They slice it and whip up a savory light gravy using the natural pan drippings.

Goldberg’s Fine Foods has stood at the tasty intersection of Jewish deli and Southern comfort since it first opened its doors in Atlanta in 1972. Nine additional locations have since opened, but their bagels are still handmade the old-fashioned way and remain some of the best around. Owners Wayne Saxe and Howard Aaron, who took over for the Goldbergs in 1992, remain committed to infusing classic Jewish deli fare with Southern flavors.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Items ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
Upon arrival, store brisket and gravy in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
Upon arrival, store remaining items in the refrigerator.
Brisket may be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
Gravy may be stored for up to 10 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
Remaining items may be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

To Serve

Brisket & Gravy

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place brisket on a baking sheet and pour gravy on top.
Cover with foil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
