Ken Gordon and Christopher Wong founded Mochidoki in 2015 on a mission to take mochi ice cream to the next level with flavors that are modern, fresh, and imaginative. Their ice cream is made with only the finest ingredients, and is inspired by flavors from around the world. And the mochi that enrobes it – made from rice flour – is soft, delicate, and pleasingly chewy, right out of the freezer.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Mochidoki ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys.

• Mochi ice cream ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Upon arrival, store mochi ice cream in the freezer for up to 1 year.
• To serve, allow mochi to temper in the freezer for 2 hours or sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
• Take the mochi out of the freezer and enjoy!
