Eileen Avezzano’s Nolita bakery has turned out some of New York’s most beloved cheesecakes since 1975, and the Chocolate is for anyone who won’t choose between the city’s two great dessert loyalties. The signature cloud-light filling is folded with chocolate throughout, set into a hand-pressed chocolate cookie crust, and finished with a dark chocolate drizzle – rich without turning to fudge, still unmistakably Eileen’s in texture. A 10-inch cake serving 12 to 16, and it goes faster than that. Perfect for a chocolate lover’s birthday, a dinner-party finale, or the end of an argument about dessert.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Eileen’s Special Cheesecake ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!

• Cheesecake ships frozen with dry ice, which may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Best enjoyed within 5 days. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
• Cheesecake can be frozen for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
• Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving.
• Slice and enjoy!
