INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Stylish Spoon ships Monday and Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Chia Cups are baked fresh and arrive ready to enjoy!
• Upon arrival, store cups in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Cups last up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.

To Serve

Oven

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove cups from plastic and bake cups for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
• Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!

Microwave

• Remove cups from plastic and microwave for 30 seconds (1 minute if frozen).
• Remove from microwave, serve, and enjoy!
