“Decent” Beef Sandwich Kit for 8

This is The Duck Inn’s take on the classic Italian beef sandwich that’s beloved all over Chicago. All-natural prime rib slow is roasted, sliced thin, and bathed in Italian beef jus flavored with garlic, basil, oregano, Calabrian chilies, and rosemary. You’ll also get Italian sub rolls baked on the south side of Chicago to pile your beef into and the classic accompaniments of sweet peppers, hot giardiniera, and aged provolone cheese. A little extra jus is included for dippin’!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• The Duck Inn ships Wednesday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival remove everything from the package
• Protein and jarred items should be kept in the refrigerator
• Buns can be left on the countertop for 3 days
• Beef & Cheese may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and can be frozen for 60 days
• Condiments may be kept in the refrigerator for 1 month
• Bread may be kept frozen for 1 month

To Serve

• Heat the beef to 160 degrees in jus
• Toast bread
