INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Drago’s Seafood Restaurant ships Monday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Sauce ships refrigerated with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator at all times before and after opening.
- Best enjoyed within 6 months.
To Store
- This sauce is designed for grilling but can also be used in the oven, for pan-searing, boils, and dipping.
Baked Oysters or Seafood (Oven) - Preheat oven to 400°F-450°F.
- Bake oysters or seafood for 5-12 minutes until sauce is bubbling.
Steak or Seafood (Finishing Butter)
- Apply 2 tablespoons of sauce per serving directly on the grill or immediately after removing from heat.
Pan-Seared Shrimp
- Sear shrimp in a skillet for about 3 minutes per side.
- Stir in sauce for the final 2 minutes of cooking until aromatic.
Boils & Dipping
- Use sauce as-is for dipping cooked shrimp or potatoes, or toss with a finished seafood boil.
Ingredients
- Butter Garlic Sauce – Margarine (Soybean Oil, Water, Salt, Soy Lecithin), Butter (Pasteurized Cream), Garlic, Black Pepper, Spices. Contains: Milk, Soy.
Sauce is made with pasteurized cream (butter) and natural dairy flavoring, it contains margarine made from soybean oil and soy lecithin as an emulsifier.
