INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hancock Gourmet Lobster Company ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
• Shipping Rates are as follows:
  • 2-Day Express: $21.95
  • Overnight: $49.95
  • Priority Overnight: $59.95

• Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place cakes in the refrigerator to thaw if planning to prepare within 3 days of receipt or store in the freezer for up to 9 months.
• Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To Serve

• If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap.
• Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges of cake are firm and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
• Remove from oven and serve immediately.
• Enjoy!
