Description
Pain au chocolat the way Paris intends it, laminated by hand with Isigny butter and folded around rich chocolate for a deep, balanced finish. Each one bakes up crisp on the outside with a soft, buttery center, shaped one at a time with no shortcuts. Mademoiselle Colette has been the Bay Area’s favorite slice of Paris since 2015, the women-owned patisserie founded by Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Debora Ferrand. Perfect for weekend brunch, holiday mornings, or a gift for the croissant lover who knows the difference. The chocolate croissant, held to a French standard.
