INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, transfer all cheeses to the refrigerator immediately.
• Aged and semi-soft cheeses (Thomasville Tomme, Georgia Gouda, Asher Blue, Griffin, Heat, and Cypress) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
• Green Hill (soft-ripened) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Pimento Cheese spread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
• Store preserves and flatbread at room temperature in sealed packaging.

To Serve

• Remove cheeses from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for best flavor.
• Build a full board: arrange Green Hill whole and cut Thomasville Tomme, Asher Blue, Griffin, Georgia Gouda, Heat, and Cypress into wedges.
• Spoon Pimento Cheese into a ramekin and fold ham and salami into ribbons.
• Place preserves alongside the soft cheeses and serve with flatbread.
• Pair with bourbon, a porter beer (especially with Griffin), or sparkling wine.
