INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheese ships refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, transfer all cheeses to the refrigerator immediately.
- Gouda can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Remove cheese from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature for best flavor.
- Slice and serve on a cheese board with pecans and peaches, or melt into mac and cheese, fondue, or grilled cheese.
