Homemade Maine Apple Pie

Sliced Maine apples in an extra-deep 10-inch crust of rich pate brisee, made with King Arthur flour, Cabot butter, and Pete & Gerry’s eggs, all from scratch in small batches. It’s the apple pie a Maine bakery has perfected over decades. Bread & Roses has been a coastal favorite since opening in a 400-square-foot Ogunquit alley shop in 1989. Best served warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla.

• Pies are baked fresh to order, shipped with ice packs and arrive ready to enjoy.
• Upon arrival, place in the refrigerator or freezer to serve later.
• This can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months.
• Pies can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed in a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
