Two dozen portions of Ina Garten’s chocolate cookie dough with white chocolate chunks – the dark-and-light combination from the Barefoot Contessa’s East Hampton kitchen that has been among her most-requested bakes since the Hamptons specialty food store days. Ships raw and portioned, ready for your oven. This package includes 2 Dozen of Ina’s Bake-at-Home Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Balls
- Cookies arrive frozen and ready to bake.
- Cookie dough balls weigh approx. 2 oz. and measure approx. 4″ in diameter when baked.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, immediately store in freezer.
- Unbaked: can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.
- Baked: In an airtight container, can keep at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 weeks (refrigeration not recommended).
To Serve
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take the cookies directly from the freezer and place them 3 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes on the middle rack, rotating halfway through until the cookies are lightly golden on the outside, but the center is still very pale and soft (the cookies continue to cook as they cool on the baking sheet).
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
