This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed. Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Filling Ingredients: Maple syrup, Cream cheese (Pasteurized Cultured Milk and Cream, Whey, Salt & Locust Gum), Sugar, Eggs, Cream (Carrageenan, Mono & Triglycerides & Polysorbate 80), Flour, Walnuts, Natural Flavoring and Spices.
Cookie Crumb Crust ingredients: Bleached Wheat Flour, Sugar, Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Salt, Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Baking Soda and Spices.
