Dark chocolate swirled through Eileen’s signature cloud-light filling, set into a hand-pressed chocolate cookie crust: the Marble is the cake where no two slices taste quite alike, some landing tangy and vanilla-bright, others deep in cocoa. It comes from the Nolita bakery Eileen Avezzano has run at 17 Cleveland Place since 1975, the shop that made downtown Manhattan’s definitive cheesecake. A 10-inch cake serving 12 to 16. Perfect for a table divided between vanilla and chocolate, a dinner-party finale, or a gift that refuses to pick a side.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Eileen’s Special Cheesecake ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!

• Cheesecake ships frozen with dry ice, which may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Best enjoyed within 5 days. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
• Cheesecake can be frozen for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
• Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving.
• Slice and enjoy!
