• Pomodoro Sauce (1 pt.) – Delfina’s classic Pomodoro sauce is delicious paired with your favorite pasta or Delfina’s Potato gnocchi

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pizzeria Delfina ships Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizzas ship with dry ice, may dissipate in transit
• DO NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
• Pizzas may thaw in transit
• Pizzas will last 2-3 hours at room temperature, or 2 weeks frozen
• Pizzas are best heated from frozen, pizza stone is not required
• Defrost sauce in your refrigerator overnight, or by using the defrost settings in your microwave.
• Gnocchi can be stored in the freezer and may last up to 6 months.

To Serve

Heat the Pizza

• Preheat oven to highest setting with a pizza stone (if you have one) in it.
• If you don’t have a pizza stone, place a cookie sheet large enough to fit your entire pizza on it in the oven for 10 minutes.
• Unfold edge of pizza box and slide pie on to cooking surface.
• Bake for 4 – 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
• Remove from oven, cut, and serve. Buon Appetito!

Sauce

• Bring sauce to a boil, and toss with your favorite pasta or Pizzeria Del na gnocchi.
• Buon Appetito!

Gnocchi

• Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. We recommend a six-quart pot or larger if you are cooking the entire 1 pound bag of frozen gnocchi
• When water comes to a rolling boil, drop in the frozen gnocchi all at once and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
• Cook for 5 minutes total or until one full minute after all gnocchi have begun to float.
• Drain and then combine with a sauce of your choosing.
