A full Lombardi’s dinner in one box: six housemade beef-and-pork meatballs plus your choice of the Margherita or pepperoni pie, all from the Little Italy pizzeria widely regarded as America’s first. The coal-oven crust comes smoky and charred under fresh crushed tomato sauce, whole-milk mozzarella, Romano, and basil, with the meatballs slow-cooked in sauce alongside. It’s the cooking Gennaro Lombardi brought from Naples when he opened in 1905. Perfect for a family pizza-and-pasta night, a small gathering, or anyone who wants the whole Lombardi’s spread at home.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

• 2 New York-Style Pizzas, your choice
• 6 Meatballs in Sauce
• Each meatball measures approx. 3″ wide and weighs approx 4 oz.
• Each pizza serves 1-2 people, measures approx. 12″ and weighs approx. 1.5 lbs.

Pizza Options Include

• Margherita – Pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil.
• Pepperoni – Pizza topped with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Lombardi’s Pizza ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store pizza in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Pizza & meatballs can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.

To Serve

Pizza

• If frozen, allow pizzas to defrost in the refrigerator.
• Preheat oven to 400° F.
• Remove pizza from protective pouch and place it on a flat surface.
• Using a table spoon, place the sauce enclosed into the areas that currently have lite sauce. Then using the back of the spoon, paint the sauce completely over those area between the cheese (for better results swirl a little olive oil on ONLY the plain pies before baking).
• Place the pie directly on the middle rack of oven, do not use foil or a pan.
• Bake the pie until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes. The cheese will spread and start bubbling, some browning is normal.
• Top your finished pie with grated cheese and fresh basil to kick it up a notch (not included).
• Serve and enjoy!

Meatballs

• From Thawed
  • Fully thaw in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes.

  • Microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes or until fully heated through.

  • Bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Heat for approx. 4-5 minutes.
