INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Chef Geoffrey Zakarian ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

To Serve

• If frozen, thaw cake at room temperature.
• Serve and enjoy!

Mascarpone Whipped Cream Recipe

• Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus more if you prefer more sweetness
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

• Instructions:
  • Using a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla until the mascarpone is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of the cream and whip until soft peaks just begin to form.
  • Stop the mixer and add the other cup of cream.
  • Whip until soft peaks form and you can easily dollop the mixture.
  • You can make this up to a few hours ahead and store it in the refrigerator. You might have to re-whisk it after serving if any separation has occurred.
