Oreo Cookies & Cream Cake consists of moist chocolate cake, housemade buttercream, and Oreo cookie frosting topped with crushed cookies, available in 6″ and 9″ versions. This rendition of the State Dessert of Maryland is handcrafted by Smith Island Baking Company using real, high-quality ingredients based on local traditions dating back to the 1800s.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Smith Island Baking Company ships Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Cake may be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months or at room temperature for up to 2 days.
- If refreezing, wrap cake well before storing in the freezer.
To Serve
Cake
- Unwrap cake and thaw covered and at room temperature (NOT in the refrigerator) for 1-2 hours per pound of cake.
- Serve at room temperature, or slightly warmed (~5 seconds in the microwave).
- Top with whipped cream, ice cream, berries, nuts, or your favorite garnish (not included).
- Serve & enjoy!
