Pierogi Best Seller – 24 Pack

Two dozen pierogi in Veselka’s two best-selling fillings, short rib and potato, the ones regulars order most. They come ready to boil or pan-fry, best with sour cream and caramelized onions. Veselka has folded them in New York’s East Village since Ukrainian refugees Wolodymyr and Olha Darmochwal founded the diner in 1954. The crowd favorites, no decision required.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Veselka ships on Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

Pierogis

• Allow pierogi to defrost completely and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
• Optional: After boiling, pan-fry pierogis in butter until golden brown.
• Serve & enjoy!

Potato Pancake

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Place frozen pancakes on an ungreased sheet pan.
• Place in oven and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes, flipping the potato pancakes after the first 10 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy!
