The secret is the base: instead of generic cheddar, the Thomasville, Georgia creamery folds shredded Thomasville Tomme, its own Pyrenees-style farmhouse wheel, with Sir Kensington’s mayonnaise, Spanish piquillo peppers, pimentón, and a house spice blend into a creamy, smoky, faintly spicy spread. Perfect for a cracker spread at cocktail hour, a burger that deserves better, or a spoon straight from the container when nobody’s looking.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pimento Cheese ships refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, transfer to the refrigerator immediately. Best enjoyed within 7-10 days. Keep refrigerated.

To Serve

• Remove from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before serving so it spreads easily.
• Spread onto crackers, biscuits, or sandwiches, melt onto a burger, or dress up cocktail hour with a dollop of bacon jam on top.
