Rooted in the honey-soaked tradition of layered phyllo, miFLAVOUR – the modern French bakery in Spokane, Washington – makes a baklava with a gentler sweetness that lets each element read clearly. Sheets of phyllo are layered with walnuts, pistachios, and honey, crisp and buttery at the edges but still soft and chewy toward the center, baked from scratch in small batches with no shortcuts. Each order arrives as six handcrafted slices, roughly 2.25 inches and 2.5 ounces apiece. Perfect for a dinner-party dessert, a coffee-and-something afternoon, or a gift for the person who finds most baklava too sweet.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• miFLAVOUR ships Monday through Wednesday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Baklava ships fresh with ice packs and may arrive cool.
• Upon arrival, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days, in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• No preparation required.
• Allow refrigerated or frozen baklava to come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
• Enjoy at room temperature for the best flavor and crisp, flaky texture.
