Bartolini’s two-pizza combo with meatballs, built your way: choose thin crust, deep dish, or one of each, alongside two pounds of the grandfather’s 70-year-old beef-and-pork meatballs in red gravy from the Midlothian south-side institution. CIA-trained brothers Christopher and Dominic Bartolini opened March 17, 1995 – the customizable version of the combination that made them nationally famous.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Bartolini’s ships Tuesday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizzas and Meatballs ship frozen with ice packs
• Ice Packs may thaw in transit
• Pizzas can be stored in your refrigerator for 2-3 days after arrival or can be frozen for up to 2 months
• Meatballs can be refrigerated and enjoyed within 4 to 5 days of delivery or can be frozen for up to 2 months in their original packaging
• Defrost Meatballs and Pizzas overnight in your refrigerator before heating.
• Sauces arrive ready to enjoy.
• Refrigerate sauces after opening.

To Serve

Thin Crust Pizzas

• Thaw your pizza overnight in the refrigerator
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Remove all packaging and place the pizza on a cookie sheet or Pizza Stone.
• Bake fully thawed pizza about 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese is a nice golden brown and pizza is hot throughout.

Deep Dish Pizza

• Thaw your pizza overnight in the refrigerator
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Remove all packaging and place the pizza on a cookie sheet or Pizza Stone.
• Bake fully thawed pizza about 35-45 minutes, or until the cheese is a nice golden brown and pizza is hot throughout.

Meatballs

• Thaw your meatballs overnight in the refrigerator
• Preheat oven to 350
• Remove plastic film from tray
• Transfer meatballs and red gravy into an oven-safe casserole or baking dish
• Cover or foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
