They’re the hearty counterpoint to the bakery’s famous sweets. Mary Hostetter has served country-style cooking in Kimmswick since 1983, home of the Oprah-honored Levee High Apple Pie. Perfect for a brunch that needs to feed a crowd two ways.

This package serves 16 people and includes your choice of 2 Quiches

• Each quiche serves 8 people, measures approx. 9″ and weighs approx. 2 lbs.

Quiche Options Include

• Quiche Lorraine – This quiche is baked in a homemade, tender, flaky pie crust and has fresh whipped cream, eggs, crumbled bacon, diced onion, and shredded Swiss cheese.
• Spinach Artichoke Quiche – This homemade pie shell is filled with fresh whipped cream, eggs, chopped spinach, artichoke, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Jam packed with flavor and melt in your mouth creamy, cheesy goodness.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Blue Owl Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!

• Quiche ships frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store quiche in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 5 months.

To Serve

• Preheat oven to 300°F.
• Remove shrink wrap and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes (or until a metal knife inserted in the middle comes out hot).
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
