Description
Quinoa Esta Bakery’s Quinoa Fudgy Brownie Mix – 3 Pack: rich, fudgy, deeply chocolatey brownies made with quinoa flour for a dense, satisfying texture and a protein boost. Three mixes; the brownie that proves alternative flour baking doesn’t mean compromise on the things that make a brownie worth eating.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Quinoa Esta Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Upon arrival, store mix in a cool, dry place.
- Unopened packages can be stored in a freezer to increase shelf-life.
- Baked brownies should be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Baked brownies can be stored in the freezer for up to 3-months.
- Wrap each brownie individually in plastic wrap. Place in freezer bag and place in freezer.
To Serve
- In a mixing bowl, combine package contents with 2/3 cup water and ½ cup non-flavored vegetable oil.
- Mix well electric hand mixer or wire whisk.
- Cover batter with plastic wrap and allow batter to rest for 10 minutes.
- Evenly spread batter into a 9×9 baking pan. You can also use a brownie pan.
- Bake in pre-heated 350°F oven for 30-35 minutes (brownie pan 25 minutes) or until inserted toothpick comes out almost dry. (There should be a few crumbs on the toothpick).
- Allow brownies to completely cool before cutting and serving.
- Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.

Dehydrated Cane Juice Sugar (Bone Char Free), Non-GMO Quinoa Flour (Milled In-House), Cocoa Powder, House-Made Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder, Basil Seed Extract, Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
