INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Buttermilk Bakeshop ships Tuesday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Remove the plastic wrap and cake collar while the cake is still frozen to ensure the icing stays intact.
• Cake may be stored in the freezer for up to 30 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
• Cake may be left on counter for up to 4-6 hours at room temperature.

To Serve

• Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
• Remove from refrigerator and allow the cake come to room temperature for 3-4 hours before serving.
• Cake is best enjoyed after coming to room temperature.
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
