Every dish traces to the Murray Hill deli-diner Abe “Sarge” Katz, a retired NYPD sergeant, opened on Third Avenue in 1964, where nearly everything is still made from scratch. - Sarge’s Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Monday
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Items ship with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Soup may be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Matzo Ball Soup
- Place desired amount of soup in a microwave safe dish.
- Heat for 2-3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.

- Brisket can be served cold, warm or room temperature, whichever you prefer,
- Remove desired amount from refrigeration and place on a microwave-safe plate. (Microwave for approximately 10-15 seconds)
